Shipping policy

How we deliver?

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

What are your delivery timeframes?

Once you’ve received your order confirmation shipping email, please allow:

• Standard Shipping: Within 5-10 days*
  Please, notice this does not include our 1-3 day processing time.

*Please note due to factors that often affect shipments, such as holidays, weather, customs issues, logistics delays and more such as Covid-19, may cause delays that are beyond our control. Please don't panic if the order doesn't show up right away, it is on its way.

Order Cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours after the order has been placed. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
